Develop initiatives qualification process framework & apply framework on the existing initiatives
Define / analyze key stakeholders, develop RASCI, shadow initiative owners and Drive problem solving session
Setup PMO & apply project management methodology
Develop selection criteria for vendors qualification and manage their deliverables
Own initiatives related content, communication development and management
